The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. Queen air mattress for extra guests We are located in the desert with lots of native wildlife. Please be aware this includes snakes, scorpion, mice, coyotes, all different kinds of insects, etc. An early check in or late check out may be optional for additional fee and due to booking availability. No Pets. Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (excluded propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $250 fine and will be fully responsible.
