The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. This home is a short walk from the beach, where many will spend most of their time. Please be advised that the sand will come home with you. Please take advantage of the beautiful outdoor shower provided to wash away any sand that followed you home. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for excessive sand found inside the home. Entry to property is through the door located through the cyclone fence to the left of the garage. You will find a door with keyless entry located approximately 1/2 way down the sidewalk. The front door to the property is not ideal for entry and exit. Please use the door described above for entry and exits. No smoking, vaping or drug use of any kind is allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of your stay, with no refund. Beach Towels are not provided, please bring your own beach towels (BYOBT) We are located on the coast, please be aware of excessive heat, mosquitos, insects, etc. We are contracted with scheduled treatments, however you might encounter the occasional insect in and around the home. Please notify us immediately upon any encounter. An early check in or late check out may be optional for an additional fee and depending on booking availability.

We are a short drive to many attractions but if you prefer not to drive, there are plenty of options. UBER and Lyft available. Also, The Trolley, Island Transit and Taxis. And if you’re interested in renting a golf cart, we recommend Galveston Golf Cart rentals.
